QTS has brought the “Support Plus Board Support System” to a new level. With our innovative design you can eliminate dedicated tooling and guess placement of OEM stand off’s. Changeover for new boards now becomes fast and efficient.

Support Plus support pins are positioned 0.625” apart from adjacent pins and when the sticks are sandwiched together the pins become a 0.625” square. Modular design of the sticks allow for stacking to accommodate almost any size production requirement.

Each pin has the holding power of 9lbs. Creating unmatched substrate support. Precision air control provides the perfect pressure and stability needed for demanding circuit board accuracy.
